Terms and Conditions of Sales:
Work will not commence until after payment of this invoice has been made in full, unless agreed in advance by a Made For You Gifts member of staff. All items/products will remain property of Made For You Gifts until final delivery has been made of ALL items/products ordered. Cancellations: If an order for personalised and/or bespoke items is cancelled by the client after an invoice has been paid and work commenced, only a maximum of 50% of the total value (or total cost of materials and expended labour, whichever is greater, a full cost breakdown will be provided on request) will be refunded. Returns: Returns are not accepted on personalised and/or bespoke orders unless there is an issue with the product/s for which Made For You Gifts is at fault. Bespoke orders: All customers making bespoke orders will receive a Design Proof by email. It is of great importance that this design is checked and confirmation made via email ONLY as soon as possible. The order will not be processed until confirmation has been made under any circumstances. By emailing confirmation you are confirming that the design in its entirety is correct and ready for manufacture. If on receipt of the finished item/s there is a mistake in the design that was not identified when the Design Proof was confirmed then no refund shall be given.
