We use Hermes to fulfill our parcel deliveries. They are currently reporting no delays to services however we have seen a few orders take longer than usual so have updated our delivery time to 3-5 working days (all orders are posted on a 2-3 working day service) to allow for any delays. Hermes are operating a reduced contact service currently, full details of which can be found here: It is worth noting from this that orders will be left in a safe place where possible, even if someone is home. Please check safe places before emailing us regarding missing parcels.
