Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare case you are unhappy with an item please let us know as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you receive an item with incorrect personalisation, you must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date of the item.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. In the case of an incorrect item, if Made For You Gifts is at fault the item will be replaced or refunded on receipt of the returned goods.
If the item is incorrect due to customer fault, returns are not accepted so please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering.
On occasions items may arrive damaged due to delivery, customers must check any packages for signs of damage BEFORE accepting delivery or signing for delivery where applicable.
Damaged packages should be refused on delivery or signed for as damaged. Refused packages will be returned to us, a replacement will be sent where possible.
If a package is signed for as damaged, photographic evidence of the packaging and entire contents must be supplied to us within 7 working days of delivery.
In cases of items being damaged during delivery, we will offer free replacements (subject to our standard processing and shipping times) or a refund on receipt of the returned item.
If you are not happy with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund you. Please note, this does not apply to personalised items.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
