Royal Mail Update (10/03/2021)
The majority of orders are unaffected and arriving promptly, however Royal Mail are unfortunately still seeing delays across the country. We have been informed this is still due to Social Distancing measures, meaning they are working in smaller teams to sort letters and parcels.
If you have a time sensitive order, please order in plenty of time, and we would advise selecting Royal Mail 24 at checkout as the majority of delays seem to be with the 48 service, in some cases taking up to 10 working days to arrive.
If you have further questions regarding your order, please send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, however this may take up to 48 hours as we are currently very busy with orders (there are only 2 of us currently!)
