DISPATCH TIMES

All personalised items are made to order, so it will take us a little longer to dispatch than non-personalised items. Our standard processing times are 1-3 Working Days, starting the working day after an order is placed. Please note, these times are provided as a guide and are therefore NOT guaranteed. In some instances it may take longer to process an order. Processing times vary between different products so please check the Shipping Option at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are always in addition to Dispatch Times, and start the next working day after an order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification email stating the dispatch date, please note, sometimes these emails are sent the day before the dispatch date. All delivery times are estimated and in no way guaranteed by Made For You Gifts.

RETURNED ITEMS

If items are returned to us because the courier is unable to deliver the items, for reasons including (but not limited to) incorrect delivery addresses, delivery attempted and items not collected from local depot, the customer is liable for the redelivery cost.
